We Are Woodland is selective about the projects the studio takes on. Period and rural properties where the architecture warrants considered joinery. Listed building work where conservation literacy is a baseline. Contemporary residential projects where architectural discipline applies through Urban Designed.

Submissions are reviewed personally by Chris Holland and routed into the studio’s five-stage process if the project fits. Project Tiers

We Are Woodland works at three tiers of project — single elements, multi-element commissions, and full architectural packages — with starting points scaled accordingly (from £5,000, £20,000, and £60,000 respectively). Smaller architecturally-aligned projects considered case-by-case.
