We Are Woodland is an architectural joinery studio led by founder Chris Holland. The studio specialises in design-led timber joinery for period and rural properties — heritage homes, listed buildings, farmhouses, rural manors, and architecturally significant residential properties. Studio operations are based at The Workshop, Hatchery Farm, Upper Farmcote, Bridgnorth, Shropshire WV15 5PS, with project delivery across the United Kingdom.

The studio operates from three principles: design-led joinery as architectural intervention rather than product supply; named-founder authority rather than anonymous corporate voice; conservation literacy as creative framework rather than constraint.

## Project Scope

The studio works at three tiers of project: single elements, multi-element
commissions, and full architectural packages.

Cost follows the building and the specification rather than a price list, and is
established in conversation after enquiry. Smaller architecturally-aligned
projects are considered case-by-case.
